RESURRECTION: 'Embalmed Existence' To Be Reissued With Bonus DVD

Tampa death metallers RESURRECTION will have their 1993 debut album "Embalmed Existence" reissued on December 19 of this year via Massacre Records. The disc will include the original recording, demo recordings prior to "Embalmed", live tracks, and storyteller out-takes. A separate DVD disc will include vintage live footage, interviews, 1993/1994 tour videos and will be a limited-edition two-disc digipack format only.

RESURRECTION will release its new album, "Mistaken for Dead", in North America on October 7 via Locomotive Records. The CD was issued in Europe last month through Massacre Records.

"Mistaken for Dead" contains nine songs is enhanced with a three-part DVD segment featuring footage on the making of the album, interviews, funny stuff, on-the-road material, live shots, and vintage footage. The album also includes the "Buried Alive" video.

The CD was mixed by Mark Lewis at AudioHammer studios in Sanford, Florida. Mark's credits include TRIVIUM, THE BLACK DAHLIA MURDER, CHIMAIRA and BURY YOUR DEAD, among others.
